Well Women
The project is open to applications from all women, focusing on those with low incomes and ill health.
A series of 6 one-to-one affordable Shiatsu Treatments
Followed by the offer of a placement on a 5 week Qigong Course – all with the intention and focus of supporting women’s health and sharing self-supporting skills.
Worldwide Community Qigong

We offered a daily morning Qigong Practice, via Zoom, to help us connect with ourselves and the world around us during the pandemic.
We found the connection and movement to be deeply nourishing during such a potent time.

An in-school project working with primary school children.
A practical exercise program promoting health, increased concentration and can help support stress and anxiety.
